Where can I get/order a custom design on a leather trifold wallet?

I wanna give my boyfriend a wallet for Christmas this year and I have a specific design i want on the wallet.
I want it to have a rebel flag with an LSU logo in the middle… I cannot find ANYWHERE where I can put this custom design on a leather wallet.
